i feel mean

Arial just showed me fmylife.com over the weekend and i feel evil whenever i look at it. And yet i cannot look away. I guess it's not as bad as browsing through morbid pictures of people dying or whatever. BUT STILL! I guess some of them are just there because supposed to evoke laughter, but some of them are just really really really sad. I laughed at someone these too. I hate laughing during inappropriate situations, it makes me feel real mean. But i guess when people post info online they're really inviting people to look at their life, however sad it is.
Which leads to another thing. Facebook/myspace stalking! The internet fosters voyeurism! It creates this place for crazy people to watch you. (WHOOOOOS THIS?)
Haha ok I realized this entry has lost its seriousness.

Haha Chinese Vaginas

Ok, so I came across this American myth about Chinese women from back in the day when being exotic was not cool.

The myth: Chinese women's vaginal opening was horizontal rather than vertical.

Ahahaha. Horizontal? That's like having an eye down there!

water boilers.

Soooo, as I was showering earlier I remembered that in Big Bear all the hot steamy water ran out after only one person showered! So then I began wondering how big the water boiler is for my building. There are 10 floors of 50 people and 1 floor of 2 which adds up to 502 people. And each floor has 8 showers (besides the 11th floor) which means there's 82 showers. And so that means 82 showers that could be going all at once! Moreover, a 20-30 min shower uses 50-75 gallons of water (Yes, I looked this up.) The question then is how big is the damn water boiler and where does it go?! Really if you think about it, it has to be enormous! A monstrocity! I wonder if it's a giant tank sitting out somewhere secluded with undergroun pipes supplying water to the building. Or maybe it's this humongous tank under the building where if the elevator fails and crashes into the ground through it, it will cause a massive flood!
Ok, that is all.

I don't like change

I really don't.
I always thought of myself as someone who is above-average in tolerating change. I was excited for college, but like Jess pointed out it's really not all that exciting as a lot of us thought it would be. Still, I quite like being away from home and being able to do my own thing whenever.
So anyway I spent the last two weeks trying to figure out my winter quarter schedule and I liked my plan! And when it was time for me to register, I went real real crazy, like never before. Half my classes were gone! I put so much time and effort into my creation and it was traaaash! I was completely anxiety-ridden; I couldn't calm myself down. I was whining, hyperventilating, and panicking. And I'm pretty sure I drove everyone up the wall with my annoying antics. Even after I sorta kinda fixed it, I was still in crazy person aftershock and continued to reflect upon the failure of my plan. Okay, so now (5 hours later) I realize how dramatic I made the whole situation considering how it was not life threatening. How could I have reacted like such a psycho?! Ughhh it disgusts me...

boy oh boy oh boy!

I am muy muuuuuy excited for the thanksgiving holiday!
In fact the thought of any holiday makes me go all crazy inside. The brain goes bonkers and chants "no school no school no school...," for hours on end! Haha ok maybe not thaaaat long.

Ok so mtu brought to my attention the Charlie Brown Cafe in HK!

And then it made me think of Snoopy's World!

OMG! Why?! How come the people in HK get their Snoopy fetish fulfilled and I don't?
AAAAND theres a Charles M. Schulz Museum alll the way up north in Santa Rosa, a city (according to my suitemate) adorned with Snoopy statues everywhere!

I think I must go! Or crazy I will go!

busy day

Ok so this was really yesterday's post, but my pictures wouldn't upload then!

I haven't had a day like this since foreverrr. I was actually reluctant to start the day, too.
Woke up this morning and went to have my conference with my writing T.A. I don't even remember what she said since i was half asleep lol. Afterwards, I went to help out my vis art T.A. with his production. Let me tell you Zac makes some freeeeeaky-ass stuff. He crochets alien-like masks (these things have trunks and odd eye holes) and pairs them with Elizabethian costumes. Here is a picture I drew of one of the masks when he showcased his stuff in class.
His studio/tiny cramped-room smelled of cigs.
Went to class after that...
Then I volunteered to help for cookie decorating and pumpkin carving. Which consisted of me watching people decorate cookies and carving pumpkins woooohoooo.
Thennnnnn went to UTC and instead of buying things for a costume, I bought nice blue pants and a Hello Kitty towel-wrap dress/pj for Wesley para Christmas. Haha I know its way too early. Ooooh wells.
After that our house had a pumpkin carving contest of its own.
My suite's was sooo cute. The cutest even! Monkaay!

Ok so today was quite fun. Since college started, I haven't made an effort to do very much at all. I just went to class, did hw, and go out to eat my meals :(
Yay, but I'm super duper happy today!
Haha enough!

So this past Saturday was our visit to UCLA!
Beautiful! Beeeautiful. UCSD is relatively new so we don't have those antique-looking buildings. All we have are boxes and more boxes.
It made me miss everyone. On the bright side though, we had yummy yummy ice cream at Diddy Reese! Omg and check out the little squirrel trying to get inside the vending machine!
