busy day

Ok so this was really yesterday's post, but my pictures wouldn't upload then!

I haven't had a day like this since foreverrr. I was actually reluctant to start the day, too.
Woke up this morning and went to have my conference with my writing T.A. I don't even remember what she said since i was half asleep lol. Afterwards, I went to help out my vis art T.A. with his production. Let me tell you Zac makes some freeeeeaky-ass stuff. He crochets alien-like masks (these things have trunks and odd eye holes) and pairs them with Elizabethian costumes. Here is a picture I drew of one of the masks when he showcased his stuff in class.
His studio/tiny cramped-room smelled of cigs.
Went to class after that...
Then I volunteered to help for cookie decorating and pumpkin carving. Which consisted of me watching people decorate cookies and carving pumpkins woooohoooo.
Thennnnnn went to UTC and instead of buying things for a costume, I bought nice blue pants and a Hello Kitty towel-wrap dress/pj for Wesley para Christmas. Haha I know its way too early. Ooooh wells.
After that our house had a pumpkin carving contest of its own.
My suite's was sooo cute. The cutest even! Monkaay!











Ok so today was quite fun. Since college started, I haven't made an effort to do very much at all. I just went to class, did hw, and go out to eat my meals :(
Yay, but I'm super duper happy today!
Haha enough!

So this past Saturday was our visit to UCLA!
Beautiful! Beeeautiful. UCSD is relatively new so we don't have those antique-looking buildings. All we have are boxes and more boxes.
It made me miss everyone. On the bright side though, we had yummy yummy ice cream at Diddy Reese! Omg and check out the little squirrel trying to get inside the vending machine!

Yay Weekend

I can't wait to go home. Well, actually to see UCLA! How exciting :D
I shall take lots and lots of pictures.
Also, I had a pina colada popsicle today yummy....and yesterday I had a coconut one mmmm.....

Oh, I found out my vis arts project grades:

I suppose I don't know myself very well AND I'm a bad photographer :(
Well at least according to my flamboyantly gay TA!
Luckily I have this class on P/NP I would be perty sad if this class ruined my GPA!

Ok, so now I'm just bored and talking to Shaun on the phone because we have to wait for Kelsey to end class before we can leave heeeere.

HOWEVER, I stayed up until 5:00 this morning and not studying either. poooopy
I actually spent only 20 mins on studying for my cog sci exam. The other bajillion hours were spent on my art masterpiece :)

Wow, two entries in two days, actually not even since my last post wasn't even 24 hours ago!
I just finished a lonely dinner of instant noodles in my room. I thought my roommate would be here when I came back 2 hours ago and was hoping we'd go eat dinner :( Waaaaaaaah
At least it was good haha

I should be at badminton right now. I kinda wanted to join the team, but I'm getting so lazy and refusing to go. Maybe I'll actually go work out on saturday then lol.

And the puzzle necklace shaun gave me snagged on the chair today and broke :(

I realized...

that I REALLY suckass at writing papers! Holy guacamole I can't believe I got by with all the bs in high school. In fact, I'm kinda mad at that now. College papers are waaaaaaaaaaaaay harder. After turning in my second draft, my prof returned it back to me with a 3/4 page long critique on how and where I need to improve >:O BOOOOOO
Ughh...I should be working on that now, but I'm too mentally drained. I feel like I've used up all my brain juices. THEY NEED TIME TO REBOOT :(
I should be working on that right now. Si.

On a brighter note, I was able to keep my art class. WOOT! But I had to change it to Pass/No pass because I'm pretty damn sure I'm not gonna do too well. Lol
